The website www.4everybody.gr  , created and managed by the company under the brand FRAGKIADAKI IRINI is an online store selling underwear, pajamas, swimwear and accessories for men's, women's and children's clothing. Its headquarters are located at BIZANIOU 12, P.O. 71201 with A.F.M. 103522947 D.O.Y. HERACLEIOU and G.E.M.I. number: 077274327000 Every user who enters and uses the services of the online store is considered to consent and unconditionally accept the conditions below that are formulated here, without any exception. The visitor of the website pages is invited to read and make use of its services 4everybody.gr , only if he fully accepts them. (If a user does not agree with these terms, then he must refrain from using the online store and from any transaction with it)

1.) Access / Communication  

The company FRAGKIADAKI IRINI provides to the visitors / users of the website www.4everybody.gr  e-commerce services, with the possibility of purchasing products through e-commerce applications in accordance with the more specific terms it sets, taking care of the protection of personal data submitted for the use of these services, in accordance with the provisions of current domestic law (P.D. 131/2003, L. 2251/1994) and Community law. The visitor has access to the website by entering the address of the website www.4everybody.gr in any internet search engine he uses. Existing as well as any new services included in www.4everybody.gr subject to these terms of use, unless expressly stated otherwise. 

The visitor / user of the websitewww.4everybody.gr has access to the contact details of the 4everybody store and websitewww.4everybody.gr , in which the phone number of the store, fax number and e-mail address (e-mail) have been posted in the "Contact" icon. 

Access to the pages / services of www.4everybody.gr does not incur any additional costs for the visitor / user , in addition to the current tariff regime for general Internet access, as formulated by the competent providers (ISP's) and paid to them only, on the basis of the agreement between them.

2.) User Registration / Account Creation 

If the visitor / user wishes to subscribe to 4everybody services, he / she confirms that he / she provides true and complete information about the information requested from www.4everybody.gr for access to its contents / services through the creation of a personal account.

2a) Registration (creation of a member)  

The customer by clicking on the icon "create an account" must fill in a form, which contains the following information: Name, Surname, Company Name (about legal entities) Phone Number, Address, City, Country, Region , E-mail address, Fax number, Postal Code, Password (Confirm Password). At this stage the customer creates his personal account. The customer can also choose at the stage of registration and after completing the above information, if he wishes to receive newsletters.

2b.) Registration atnewsletter(newsletter)  

The visitor of the website has the possibility to subscribe to the newsletter ( newsletter ), by filling in the information provided in the respective form (which is located in the icon "Subscribe to the newsletter"). The visitor is asked to fill in the name and e-mail address (e-mail). By subscribing to the newsletter, the visitor will receive informative e-mails about the products, offers and discounts of the store. By registering, the visitor automatically gains a 10% discount on all products in the store, for the purchases he will make.

2c.) Create an account  

Creating an account provides users of 4everybody.grmember services. The visitor/user, once he has studied and accepted the terms of use and completed the registration process defined by 4everybody, will receive via e-mail confirmation of the creation of an account and will henceforth be able to enter it with the personal access code (password) and of the username (user name) that the visitor/user himself will have defined.Members must ensure the exclusive use of their account and the non-accessibility of third parties to it without their approval, and remain responsible for all operations carried out under their personal account (user account).. Members are advised to make sure they log out of their account at the end of each year (Logout).To purchase products through its e-commerce applicationswww.4everybody.gr it is required to create a customer - member account, in accordance with the above. The language of communication with the client is Greek and English.  

The visitor/user/customer who has already created an account at 4everybody is recognized on the website  www.4everybody.gr as a registered member/ or registered customer. In this case, there is no need to re-fill the form with his details to place an order. 

In order to facilitate the identification of the Customer / user, the Customer / user explicitly authorizes 4everybody.gr to deposit on the customer's hard drive a folder called "cookie" which has the sole purpose of such identification. 

Once the account is created, it cannot be deleted. 

3.) Shipments and Costs

The 4everybody.gr online store sends customer orders to the requested addresses (home or work address), via City Courier.

Each order is sent by 4everybody.gr in one shipment on the working day that is completed, that is when:
(a) all products in the order are available for shipment &
(b) has been paid in full (unless cash on delivery has been selected);

Each product's shipping availability can be found on the product description page. Products marked as "out of stock" or "out of stock" have an unspecified shipping date.

In case of incorrect product availability, 4everybody.gr bears no responsibility for the incorrect information and is obliged to either replace the product(s) with available items or refund the money of the product(s) if the payment is completed. IMPORTANT: 4everybody.gr does NOT offer delivery time guarantees for any shipping service described below and will NOT provide compensation or refunds for late deliveries. Delivery times quoted for ALL destinations (Greece, Cyprus, EU or International) are indicative estimates for 95% of shipments and are NOT guaranteed delivery times. Delivery times for in-store pick-ups are usually 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri) and prior to pick-up we send notifications via email, phone or SMS to your phone (if a mobile phone number is provided). In the event that any products ordered are out of stock, there may be an additional packaging delay, in which case customers will be notified by email or telephone.
Same day delivery for in-store pickup orders is also possible for an additional shipping fee and only after calling Customer Service to request same day delivery.

Important: Collection from the store is possible only after receiving an SMS, EMAIL or phone message to inform you of the day and time of collection. Provide a mobile phone at checkout to receive SMS alerts.

• Shipping Information

Delivery of the order is the responsibility of the courier service and usually takes place within 1-3 working days after the date of dispatch from our premises. To remote/remote areas or islands, delivery time may take an additional 2-4 business days.

In case you need more information about your order after it has been shipped from our store, please contact the cooperating courier company City Courier (2810255889,info@citycourier.gr)

In any case, if deemed necessary by customer service, customers will be notified of further shipping information.

Please note that if the delivery address is considered "remote" by the courier service (ie it is in rural areas, not near a city), it may not deliver the package to the final address, but notify you to pick up the package at one of the points of receipt.

3.) Shipping to Cyprus

 4everybody.gr ships products to Cyprus and the cost is based on weight (or volumetric weight if greater than actual). Check the shipping cost list or shipping cost estimator (in the shopping cart) or in the shipping address/billing step of the order checkout process.

All shipments to Cyprus must be paid prior to shipment via credit card or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not supported.

For orders in Cyprus, the shipping prices up to 1 kg are:

Credit or debit card, Bank deposit or money order €8.90

The extra cost over 1Kg is €2.80 per kilo. In case the products you ordered are over 1kg, we will inform you by phone about the additional charge

4. International shipments

 4everybody.gr ships products to all European countries and to many countries worldwide.

Check for the country you want in the list of countries we ship to and complete the order process. Our customer service will contact you via email to give you the shipping cost. Once you accept the shipping cost, you will make a bank deposit.

All international shipments must be paid for before shipment by bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not supported.

International shipping charges are calculated according to the greater of either the ACTUAL or VOLUME WEIGHT of the package, COUNTRY of destination.

 The 4everybody.gr is not responsible for any delivery delay that may occur due to courier delivery service, destination customs clearance procedures or unforeseen circumstances.

We offer International Shipping by road or air

We have chosen our international shipping services based on reliability and comparatively low cost. If you need a faster/more reliable/expensive shipping method or extra security, please contact us.

NOTE: We allow the maximum weight per package to be 30kg per package. For larger/heavier orders please contact us for shipping quotes. Please note, however, that large and heavy orders may incur customs duties in the recipient's country, while smaller orders may be delivered duty-free.

IMPORTANT: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days (eg weekends). Delivery service days are calculated after processing time and delivery confirmation.

Customs Clearance and Duties

International shipments may need to go through customs in the recipient's country, depending on the country's laws. Customs clearance is the sole responsibility of the consignee (ie the customer). The consignee (i.e. the customer) is also solely responsible for (1) any charges incurred outside of Greece, such as duties, taxes, storage charges, fees or fines, as well as (2) any documentation, permits, prescriptions or certifications requested by customs or authorities outside Greece.

The 4everybody.gr team does not know the Customs regulations in each country and cannot guarantee that the products will be allowed through Customs in any country. Some products may not be cleared through Customs in some countries. It is the customer's sole responsibility to be aware of the customs regulations in their country and to go through customs with any documentation and/or fees that may be required to receive the products.

 4everybody.gr is not responsible for any charges or documentation outside of Greece, or for any packages left or returned by Customs in any country and will not provide refunds for such packages or orders.

If there is a problem with customs clearance of an order, it is possible to return the order back to 4everybody.gr for a refund under the following conditions: The order must be sent back and arrive at 4everybody.gr facilities in perfect condition under the sole responsibility and the customer's shipping costs. 4everybody.gr will refund the amount of the order, excluding shipping and handling costs (including any storage, tax or customs fees), only when the order arrives at its premises and if all items are in perfect condition and the original invoice is included .

 4everybody.gr is not responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the provision of its services, or delivery delays, damages or cancellations that may occur directly or indirectly due to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, natural phenomena or disasters, pandemics, accidents , acts of war or terrorism, political or military unrest, strikes, government actions, computer system failures, software malfunctions, malware or malicious activities.

Important: Please note that customs/legal officials may open and examine packages in some countries, which in some cases may result in damaged packages and/or products. As mentioned above, in no case is 4everybody.gr responsible for any damages or costs, regardless of whether they were caused and based on any theory of liability, to the shipped goods after leaving its premises.

Important note for international shipping: All our products are legally sold in Greece, carrying the required certification and license where required. In no event shall 4everybody.gr be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages or costs, regardless of whether they are caused and for any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability or tort (including negligence or other kind) in any way from the shipment of goods abroad, or any use of goods ordered and/or shipped outside or in Greece, even if informed of the possibility of such damage. Please read our mandatory Terms of Service before ordering.

Important notes:

1. The shipping costs mentioned above (within/outside Greece) do not apply to remote/remote areas. For shipments to remote/remote areas we will contact customers regarding additional charges that may apply.

2. 4everybody.gr reserves the right to refuse to ship your order if the post office or courier service refuses to ship it.

 The supervising company reserves the right to modify and/or temporarily or permanently interrupt part or all of its serviceswww.4everybody.gr with or without notice to users/members as well as the right to terminate the use of personal account(s) to access its services and/or to cease making its content available to users/members it believes have violated the letter and spirit of these terms of use. 

The host company also reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without notice, the content and information contained on the website www.4everybody.gr and relate to the products available through it.

6.) Advertising/ Visiting through other links (links)  

www. 4everybody.gr has no responsibility for user / member communication with third party service providers advertised on www. 4everybody.gr and for any commercial transaction that may arise from the relationship between them.

www.4everybody.gr does not control the availability, content, privacy policy, quality and completeness of the services of other web sites and pages which refer through "links" or advertising banners to www.4everybody.gr nor is it connected to them in any other way.

7b.) Details of Sale 

The sale is aimed at consumers who have full shipping address details.

All products displayed on the Website are available until stocks last.

Products that are no longer available will be labeled "SOLD OUT" on their icon. 

In any case of ordering a product that is not available, www.4everybody.gr undertakes to notify via e-mail the customer who ordered an unavailable product.

8.) EXCHANGE / REFUND – REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS

General Product Return Terms

• In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, the customer has the right to withdraw without reason and return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt or request a refund.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, packaging intact (opened) and include the original contents along with the retail receipt or invoice that accompanied the order.

• Sending new products and refunding money is done after we have received and checked the product that it is in its original condition.

• In case of withdrawals, the costs for returning and sending new products or returning and depositing money to your bank account will be borne by the customer and are set at the amount of 5 euros.

• In case of withdrawal, inform us on tel. 2810288816. Then send us the reason for withdrawal to e-mail: sales@4everybody.gr (in our contact form)

• In the event that a return is made without prior notification, we will NOT receive your return.

 

Withdrawal by choosing products of lesser or equal value

In the event of a product change with a product, or products of lesser or equal value, you will be refunded with an offset of the amount of the transport costs, which is 5 euros. New products are sent and refunds are made after we have received and checked the product that it is in its original condition.

Note: We inform you that if you choose to pay by cash on delivery there will be an additional fee of 2.50 euros


Withdrawal with a selection of higher value products

In case of choosing a replacement with a product or products of greater value than the cost of the product, together with the additional cost from the difference of the new products, you also include the cost of transport, which is 5 euros. After telephone communication, we will send you to your e-mail the exact amount of payment, you will make a bank deposit of the amount of the difference and you will send us the proof of payment in our contact form (e-mail: sales@4everyboby.gr)

Note: We inform you that if you choose to pay by cash on delivery there will be an additional fee of 2.50 euros


Withdrawal with refund

In case of withdrawal with a refund option, contact us at tel. 2810288816. Send us the bank account you want your money refunded to as well as the withdrawal reason in our contact form at e-mail sales@4everybody.gr. The refund amount is calculated by netting the cost of shipping plus the cost of transferring money to your bank account. The refund is made after we have received and checked the product that it is in its original condition.


DEFECTIVE product

In case of a defective product,—– in terms of its operation (DOA),—- the customer has the right of withdrawal with a refund or replacement of the defective product with a new one or replacement of it with another product of his choice at a corresponding price within ten (14) days from the date of receipt thereof. In this case, the costs of returning and sending a new one (in cases of replacement/change) are free and will be borne by the Company.

Returns are only accepted after consultation with a representative of our company and as long as the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and their packaging, along with the retail receipt or invoice that accompanied the order you upon receipt.


In the event that a return is made without prior notification, we will NOT receive your return.

Wrong shipment, Product Different from the one you ordered

In the event of incorrect product shipment, which will be due to the Company or its suppliers/partners, the customer will have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. The product must be in excellent condition, unused, the packaging intact and the original contents included. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the Company. You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products.

Returns are only accepted after consultation with a representative of our company and as long as the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and their packaging, along with the retail receipt or invoice that accompanied the order you upon receipt.

In the event that a return is made without prior notification, we will NOT receive your return.


9.) BestPrice Analytics 360

Our company, with the aim of improving the services it provides, has integrated the BestPrice 360 ​​Analytics tool into this website, in the context of extracting statistics and performance data from the participation of its online store in the corresponding product price comparison platform www.bestprice.gr, in which he participates.

BestPrice Analytics 360 allows the transmission of anonymous data to BestPrice.gr, regarding the movement of users on this website (such as a visit or online order) for the extraction of the corresponding statistical results and for the improvement of marketing actions.

In addition, only if you have given your consent to save orders through the corresponding option in your BestPrice.gr profile, every order you register online will be automatically saved in your BestPrice.gr profile. Therefore, it cannot be sold, copied, modified, reproduced, republished, transmitted or distributed in any way in whole or in part (exclusive property of www.4everybody.gr).

The right of withdrawal is reminded in accordance with the current legislation: The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase of products through www.4everybody.gr with a statement addressed to the company "FRAGIADAKI IRINI", based at 12 BIZANIOU, Heraklion, Crete within 14 days from his receipt of the products and as long as they are in their original condition. The customer will bear the return costs.

11.) International Jurisdiction

For any dispute arising from transactions carried out with consumers-residents abroad, the respective competent Greek Courts will have jurisdiction.

12.) Clarification

The visitor understands and agrees that "www.4everybody.gr" bears no responsibility for any interference in the provision of the service, or any malicious external interference or the presence of a virus. Also, any event characterized as force majeure completely exempts "www.4everybody.gr" from any responsibility (subject to the provisions of the Civil Code and the Legislation on "Consumer Protection").
